Part...The Anxious Generation Book Study: NDSU Extension is offering a free book study to all area parents and caregivers! Participants will receive a free copy of The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt after the first session. We will meet for four sessions to discuss why what’s on the screen matters more than the minutes spent, how technology can lead to a rise in anxiety and depression, and how to connect with your kids at any age. We will meet every other Thursday starting Feb. 5th, 7pm on Zoom (so no need to find childcare!). Pre-registration is free and required to get the zoom link (and the address to mail the book to!)
