Monday - The last How it Made Video of the year. Pick out a good one and fill out the worksheet. Tues - Thursday - Take the second half of your spring changes pictures. Go outside and capture the same tree or whatever and see how it's different. Friday- Journal and pick two of your favorite pictures and send them to me.
Watch one How Its Made Video and fill out the worksheet that goes with it. Check Power School and get any assignments that are missing or 0 s in. If there is no grade, it is missing. WED and THURS I am giving you these two days to get missing work in. Please check Powerschool. Friday Weekly Journal
This week you will be taking outside pictures. You need to find ten things that will look different in two week. You will take a picture of them now and then take the same picture after two weeks to show the difference. Here is and example, a tree with no leaves and then when it has leaves. Don't turn in all 10 pictures, hold on to them and I will let you know what to do after you take the second set of pictures. Friday write about your pictures in the weekly journal.
Monday to Thursday. You have a bag of generic supplies at the school. Using this stuff and anything you have at home, design and build a mouse trap powered car. There are losts of ideas and videos on line. Youtube is a good one. Friday Journal Entry
Tuesday- Write your Journal for last week. Check Powerschool for any missing work Wednesday- Watch two How its Made 5 min. Videos and fill out the Worksheet on both. Thursday- Free Draw on Onshape. Heads up, we will be making mouse trap cars next week so you can start drawing them. Friday- Write in you Weekly Journal.
Monday and Tuesday use your Art Skill to decorate you Rocket. Paint, markers, crayons, or whatever else you have to color them works. Email me a photo when done. Wednesday watch one How it Made video and write the responses from the worksheet like last week. Thursday is free draw in Onshape, anything you want so try to be creative and explore tools you have not used yet. Friday No School!! Write in your weekly journal Next Week, At least 15 sentences or more.
Monday complete the 7th Rocket Worksheet Questions 1-4 Tuesday and Wednesday Use the OnShape program to draw you Rocket Designs #5 on the Worksheet. Thursday There will be a Rocket Kit at the school that you can pick up when you come to get other work. Today and Next Week you are going to work on building the rocket from the kit.
