Rules:
1)
I
will attempt to treat you with the utmost respect, and I expect you to treat me
with respect in return.
2)
With
your help, we will try to eliminate controllable distractions.
3)
No
food or drinks will be allowed. Water in a sealed container is the only
exception to this rule.
4)
Chewing
gum will be acceptable, as long as you find a trash receptacle for it and the
wrapper when you are done. When I find gum wrappers or gum in inappropriate
places, this privilege will be eliminated.
I am pleased
that you have chosen to take this class. I hope that you are prepared to work.
I can’t make the material easy for you, but I will try everything I can think
of to help you. If you are willing to make the effort, I believe that you will
find that you can be successful. Some may not completely understand every
single thing we do, but all should see improvement in their understanding. For
the most part, Math is a sequential subject, so my goal is to keep everyone
moving down the path, no matter where you started!
