Monday- Get outside as much as possible. Go Golf or another activity of your choice. Tues- 30 Minute bike ride or walk if you don't a bike, You can also start writing your weekly activity paper due Friday. Wed- 10 Minute Warm-up and do a 20 min Jog. It is going to be nice out. Thurs- You can go out and work out or Core Day Include Sit-ups, Planks, Jumping Rope or Jacks, and Short Sprints 30 Minutes Friday- Your Choice of workout it has to be 30 Minutes total. Then outline your workouts for the week in a journal entry.
